The calendar is in very good to mint condition. There is only a nondescript, short, darker stripe on the cover-sheet in the lower right area. The upper corners are minimally folded. Apart from that, the calendar is flawless.

The calendar has no cracks, scratches, folds or stains. It is not wavy and all sheets are present.

The calendar can be turned over without any problems. Nothing was stuck on and it is not dusty either. The wire binding is like new. I stored the calendar flat, in a box.

The highlights of the calendar are, on the August- and November-sheet, 2 original signatures from Heidi Klum. There are a total of 4 calendar-sheets with Heidi Klum. Sell the article not as a trader.
